Family Harbor is a digital organizing app for households (finances, calendar, documents, health and other family data in one place). The app is under active development; its feature set may expand over time.
An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for your account details and the security of your access (password, two-factor authentication). If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
The app may be used only for lawful, intended purposes. You may not access another person's account without authorization, use the service to store unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or intentionally disrupt the service's operation.
Data recorded by a household (transactions, documents, calendar events, etc.) remains the household's own. It can be exported or deleted at any time from Settings. We do not use this data for any purpose other than serving the user, and we do not sell it to third parties.
The service is currently free to use. If a paid feature or subscription is introduced in the future, we will inform you clearly in advance, and this will not retroactively restrict use of existing free features.
The service is provided with reasonable care but on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, temporary unavailability, or inaccuracies in data provided by the user. This does not limit any user rights that must be guaranteed by law.
We reserve the right to modify the service and these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes the data tied to it. Access may be suspended in cases of serious or repeated misuse.
These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
