Family Harbor is a digital household and family operating hub that households use to manage their own data (finances, documents, calendar, health and other family-related information) in one place. This policy describes what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

Account data: email address, display name, language/currency preference. Data voluntarily entered by household members: financial transactions and accounts, calendar events, documents (e.g. invoices, warranties, identity documents), health and family-planning data, home assets, vehicles, pets, and other household-provided content. If you sign in with Google or Facebook: the basic profile information shared by that provider (name, email, profile picture), used solely for authentication. Technical data: device identifier for push notifications, an audit log of sensitive actions within the app.
Solely to operate the service: displaying and cross-linking household data (e.g. a document and its related transaction are the same underlying object, not a copy), sending reminders and notifications, and — with the user's explicit, revocable consent — AI-assisted data extraction (e.g. processing a photographed receipt).
We do not sell data and never use it to build marketing profiles. To operate the service we use the following processors: • Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) — the primary data store. • Resend (transactional email: invitations, password reset, confirmation). • A multimodal AI provider (e.g. Anthropic Claude) — only for processing documents you upload, when the AI feature is enabled, limited to the minimum data necessary. • Google / Facebook — only if you choose to sign in with these providers.
Health, cycle-tracking, and intimate data default to being visible only to the user who recorded it, and are never used for marketing purposes. Visibility is controllable per record by the user.
Data is retained for as long as the account exists, or longer where required by law. You can export your household's data or request permanent deletion of your account at any time from Settings (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
